Recently saw that Char-Broil sells a cover for the Oklahoma Joe Longhorn Smoker/Grill on their replacement part website. They also carry replacement grates. They seem to carry these replacement parts even though they don't carry the Smoker/Grill anymore.

It is quite well made and well worth the $30 pricetag plus $10 shipping. Here is a picture of it keeping my Oklahoma Joe Longhorn (and also the woodpile beneath it) dry in the rain. Note also that my patio is cleaner near my Smoker/Grill from when I use my small pressure washer to clean my Smoker/Grill, and then also spray the area beneath the grill too:
