Hello from Nebraska

Hi my name is Rico and I live here in Lincoln Nebraska.  I really like to smoke but I have A LOT to learn.  When I smoke its tends to be ribs, pork butts and a very occasional brisket or chicken.  Normally it turns out decent but definitly not where I would like it to be. I'm currenlty using a cajun injector cabinet electric smoker.  In time I would love to buy a better smoker but have to make due with what I got.  Any tips would be appreciated!!!!  Thanks guys!
