I just received a new used smoker from my brother in law who was moving and did not want to move his smoker, so he said if I wanted it I just had to come get it. Last weekend I smoked a pork tenderloin. Although the tenderloin came out good I could not get the cooking chamber above 170. After some searching around I found this forum. This place seems great and I have no doubt I will find the help here I need.
