Well Prime Rib is out. I went and priced it today at a local butcher shop. At 12.99/lb I think I will cook something else. Any suggestions.

starting off with baby back ribs or spare ribs is always good. You can get tons of recipes and methods.

Find another butcher, lol.  Seriously, you should see some sales on Prime Rib as Christmas/New Years gets closer.
