Hi all,

I am from Tupelo, MS and have been into smoking for about 3 years. I've used SMF several times to look up tips and recipes but never joined. I have an Old Country Pecos smoker that I primarily smoke on but I love using the old Weber kettle as well. I also enjoy riding motorcycles, smoking cigars, good beer and bourbon.
