Hello from Minnesota

Hello, my name is Reinhard and i'm from Minnesota. I'm a retired meat cutter and worked for 35 years. I'm basicly a hunter and fisherman and love making sausage and spend time on the grill and smoker. i have a Masterbuilt electric smoker that's digital. i also have a Char Griller barrel type smoker/grill with the side firebox.

i've been making fresh sausage for over 30 years and in the last 3 years got into smoking sausage. i'm always ready to learn new tecniques and hopefull help out with some things i have learned over the years. i'll be visiting this site on a regular basis to learn and share ideas over t ime.
