My name is Ryan and I am from Hutchinson, MN.  I have a Yoder YS640 and am looking at adding another smoker to my collection.  I am either going to get another Yoder or am looking at getting a FC100.  I compete under the name Bill-B-Que.  I hope to make some new friends here and learn new tricks to make better food
