Really like snack sticks and jerky and seeing the prices per pound at the store figured I’d try smoking my own. So I went out and bought a small Masterbuilt electric smoker to get started. After visiting the site many times I am impressed with all the knowledge members are willing to share which makes me want to try and smoke all kinds of stuff. Since I am retired I have time to fire up the smoker when I am not fishing.
