Hello from Michigan

Hello, I'm Shawn, Hailing from the Ann Arbor, MI area. I'm totally new to the smoking scene. I'm a huge BBQ fan and love outdoor grilling, so getting into smoked meats was the next logical step for me I guess. I do a lot of hunting (waterfowl mostly) and fishing, So I'm looking forward to getting some wild game in the pit. After doing a ton of research (and a little luck) I was able to pick up a used nicer model Brinkmann offset smoker/grill from Craigslist for pretty cheap in really good shape. I'm looking forward to kicking back cracking a few beers and taking a crack at some true low and slow cooking

Bob was born in Dearborn Michigan May 6th 1945. I think he still lives in Mich, couldnt find out where tho
