I have been lurking around the forum for the past week or so and just wanted to introduce myself. I haven’t smoked much in the past few years but am getting back into it. I started to ease back into it with a 5lb pork butt. I smoked this one for 10 hours on my Weber kettle grill with lump coal, pecan and cherry wood. No wrap and apple cider vinegar and water underneath. Thanks for all the great info I’ve gathered so far and I look forward to all the knowledge I will gain from joining.
