I am new to the forums here. I have been smoking fo rjust under a year now, and i am always looking for ways to improve anything i smoke. I am using an MES 40" smoker. So far i have tried Ribs, a lot of pork (I Love Pork), and even a beef roast, adn of course jerkey. I will be doing ribs again for only the second time on the 4th, so i am always open to ideas on how to make them better.
