While searching the internet about smokers, I came across smoking meat forums.  I am relatively new to smoking.  The site inspired me to start building a smoker.  I started it about three weeks ago, and hope to be finished in a couple of weeks.  I love looking at the awesome q-view, hope to have some of my own soon
