Hey everyone,
My name is Eric (can you tell? haha). I am relatively new to smoking, but more-so I'm a newbie to posting on the SMF. I live in Norwood, Massachusetts, a small town about 20 mins from Boston. I currently smoke my meat on a "ECB Smoke N' Grill" which has the norm modifications to it. It's been real reliable and extremely fun to use. I've smoked maybe a few chicken odds and ends, baby back ribs once, a beef chuck and about 3 pork butts. Damn do I love a good pulled pork sandwich. =) The ribs and the chuck didn't come out as I would've liked. Beef IMO seems to cook a lot faster than the pork (possible the thickness??) so I missed the 190f mark on the chuck. Anyways, other things I enjoy are music, be it playing or listening. I personally like to say I play the drums, but I'm not all that great haha. I also love a good ol' glass of whiskey...
Looking forward to some great conversations!
