New here and looking for some great recipes. My dad has a 55 gallon drum smoker and we have made all sorts of stuff growing up, from fattys, stuffed peppers and much more.. but right now I only have a 22" Weber Kettle and a small "Smokey Joe" with plans on something bigger soon..
