hey gang.  Used this site as a source for quite a while.  Figured I might as well finally sign up.  Going to pickup a new Horizon 20" this weekend!!  Can't wait to season it and give it a run.  Going to wait for a convection plate first though before anything with a real long burn.

Welcome aboard.  When I was staioned in KY I recall the BBQ joints sold burgoo.  Miss that burgoo.
Burgoo is great!  But like BBQ, i am particular about my burgoo.  The city of Lawrenceburg near where I am has a fall festival called the Burgoo Festival.  Basically a big free for all of burgoo and BBQ!
