I believe I was a member here several years ago but could not remember which email I might have used so created a new login. Now that I am semi-retired I hope to get back to some old style sausage making and smoking. With it just being the wife and I will have to scale back on quantities but still have fun. I enjoy searching for various Italian and Sicilian style sausage formulas.
