Hello from Kansas

I'm new here, but not to smoking. Used to hang around another forum, more reading than posting. Unfortunately, the activity in that forum seems to have lowered drastically since I last participated in it. I've used an ECB, a Brinkman offset, and converted a Brinkman electric smoker to charcoal. The Brinkman offset was a bit of a challenge to learn, using charcoal, but once I got it down, and made a few mods, easy to run. I looked forward to participating in this community.
