Good evening all. I’ve been following this page for years and love the recipes and ideas. I started experimental smoking in 2018. Moved to KC in 2019 which is when I realized I needed to step up my game a bit more. I primarily smoke on an electric box smoker, which always seems to give me best results for my pork. I also have a side smoker and looking to get into some barrel smoking this year.
