Hello from Iraq

Hi guys my name is Dom and I’m a security contractor based in Iraq though my family is in MS. I’m at my 18-year mark in military work and I'm sick of it. I want to start a BBQ food truck and be home with my family. I am considering buying a Lang 48" Deluxe and thought I would learn about how these smokers work here before making a purchase. Any and all help is welcomed.
