New to pit and loving it! I bought my sweetie a Green Mountain Pellet smoker/grill for Father's Day and spent this summer trying to learn. I think I liked it more than he did af first but now we are teaming up to make our favorites for friends and family!

My wife is a tremendous cook & baker, but wouldn't know how to fire up any of my smokers.
