Hope everyone's ready for the 4th gonna be a busy day here got about 40lbs of meat to smoke hope everyone has a great 4th I'm smokin on a grill pro LP smoker. I live in iowa so we don't get the good wood chips like post oak or white oak but we get just about all the rest
