Hey, Bam1 here from Iowa. Been grilling and smoking for about 20 years. I run a highly modified Bradley 6 rack and a Traeger Texan. Smoke and grill usual cuts like ribs, brisket, and shoulder. Over the past couple of years been getting more and more into Sausage, bacon, and other curing meats. Thanks for providing a great forum for our hobby/addiction.
