My lovely wife gifted me a smoke vault 24" gas smoker for Christmas. I have no experience with gas smoking, I used to have a flimsy little vertical charcoal smoker that was impossible to control. So, I'm pretty new to this, but really excited!

You must have been a good boy this year! The only real problem I had with my MB gasser was keeping the lower temps without a tiny gust of wind blowing the flame out.
Maybe the Smoke Vault won't have the same issues. Good luck and looking forward to some cooks!
