Hello from Indiana

New guy to the forum. I am from northern Indiana, 10 miles West of South Bend. I currently have a New Braunfels heavy cast barrel smoker with an offset firebox. I generally smoke brisket using Hickory I cut while chasing firewood for our wood burner we heat the home with. I am an avid ice fisherman, love to cook and bake cheesecakes for the wife and kids. Looking to improve and expand my smoking knowledge and skills.
