Hello everyone! I’m Adam from central Illinois. Ive done a lot of grilling, but never smoked anything. I’ve been researching smokers for a while now, and ended up trying the barrelhouse 18c because it was on clearance and I couldn’t pass up the price! I can’t wait to pick up some tips and tricks and learn the art of smoking!
