How's it going everyone? I figured I'd go ahead and introduce myself being as how I will definitely need some input in the near future. I was given a Brinkmann Trailmaster for Christmas, and I have no clue on what I'm doing. I've been doing some research and this site seems to have a huge wealth of knowledge, so thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts and advice.

I currently live right outside of Houston, and I sell chemicals for concrete. I cover a region from Houston to New Orleans, so there is a lot of travel time involved. My weekends usually involve soccer, fishing, and relaxing. I haven't officially tried the grill out yet, we'll I did but I couldn't get a good temp and had to jump back over to the gas grill because it was getting late. I got a lot of things I'm looking forward to. I picked up some mods I want to do to the smoker, I'd like to build a rolling work station, and I want to smoke some meat!

Thanks again for the advice, and hopefully I'll have a successful cook soon.
