Just wanted to say hi.

I'm a big newbie that is very eager to learn.  I have done some smoking on a Weber kettle nothing big but I want to know more.  I have a garage full of tools and a welder collecting dust.  Now I want to build a UDS.  So now I'm here to learn.  Please excuse me if I ask a dumb question or two!  LOL!
