Hello from south Georgia. I'm new to the forum but not to smoking. Hope to learn from my fellow smokers. I currently have a 4x4x8 smoke house, a 4x4 propane cabinet smoker with a Smokai smoke generator, a Tejas offset trailer smoker and 2 PitBoss 7 tray vertical smokers. I also have a 5' rotisserie smoker in the works. Looking forward to learn and share.
