Hello everyone. I've been wanting a smoker for years but kept putting off buying one.

The other day I was in Home Depot picking up stuff and walked down the grill aisle. I

ended up purchasing a Masterbuilt Pro Dual Fuel (20050412) that was on clearance.

I'm looking forward to the weather clearing so that I can season it and smoke some

practice chicken. So far I've been reading through the VAST amount of info here and

hope to become an active member after getting up to speed.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
