Hello all, I'm originally from Canada and have been living in Texas for close to 5 years now. Recently engaged to a wonderful woman that lets me have 3 grills at the house and never complains about the cooking. I started originally with a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 that had some mods to the smoker side. Next she surprised me with a Char Griller Akorn for my birthday in September and shortly after that I added a Traeger Lil' Tex Elite. I try to cook every weekend at least and love cooking for friends and family. I always like learning new recipes and techniques.
