Hello from Florida

Hi everyone!! Joined on a recommendation from a friend. We're Connecticut transplants living in Kissimmee.

I'm getting back into smoking after having not done it for a while. Santa brought me a Masterbuilt ThermoPro propane smoker. My first venture was this past weekend - ribs.

The final product!!

Next up will be a beef tenderloin.
