Hello All

My name is Justin and I am addicted to BBQ, I currently have a collection of Weber cookers and try to cook as much as possible, not always easy given the UK climate.  I started my working life as a Chef, had a small career change and I'm now a professional engineer, cooking has still remained close to my heart, especially BBQ.

I'm currently designing my own Backwoods style clone which I hope to start making very soon
