Passing some time until the Broncos lock up home field advantage today...My name is Mike and I decided to join SMF since I have been able to get some good advice over the years. I have a Memphis pellet grill and love it. I have smoked turkeys, ribs (obviously), tri-tip, pork loin, and prime rib. I am experimenting with different rubs and sauces and still learning about how to cook different meats.
