I am new to the site, but not new to the game. I've been smoking now for over 10 yrs and am still learning new tricks and methods. Like most I started on the famous "R2D2" style charcoal smoker. After first bite i was hooked. I used that for a couple of years and decided it was time to upgrade and bought a Kingfisher Kountry Kooker. I had that for about 7yrs and went through a divorce forcing me to sell it. (Reason being it wasn't feasable on the 3rd floor of my apt complex.) So now im back in a house and bought a Master Forge propane smoker and love it, no more baby sitting a firebox is a welcome change. I am excited to share ideas and learn new ones.
