Hello All!

My name is Mike and I'm from Oxford CT. Work in engineering and coach HS Track & Field.

I would say my experience in the smoking realm is limited but I know the basics (or so I would think so)

I currently have just a low cost Brinkmann offset smoker that I have dabbled with, looking to upgrade to a pellet smoker. Have been eyeing up a Yoder 640, but need to find a dealer around me first.

Looking to broaden my knowledge and improve my skills!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys...looking to purchase a pellet smoker as recommended by a gentelman at work who has a Yoder 640, no dealers around me here in CT though.
