New to the forum. I’ve got 4 grills: Weber kettle, Weber Genesis, a custom off set smoker and a new Rec Tec RT-700( replaced my Traeger pro22). I’ve been smoking for about 3 years now and have been around it all my life.

I can’t wait to see new ideas, recipes and tips from you all!
