Hello from Colo

Hi.

My name is Steven and I live in Colorado. Brand new to smoking. Bought a Oklahoma Joe's Highland last week and have only one smoke of burgers so far. I did some of the common mods to it that I could afford after the cost of the smoker.  Love this forum, got lots of info before I bought and am still looking at this every day. Gonna do some beer can chickens on Saturday to really get into smoking and can't wait. I'm excited about all the possibilities smoking is gonna bring me and glad this forum is here to teach me along the way.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
