Hey folks, just a guy from Cincy, living in New Richmond, OH ( a suburb of Cincy ) . I've lived all across the US and mostly in the South where some good folks educated a Yankee on how to really grill! lol. I've been following the weekly recipes for a while and decided to join the forums for some healthy conversations.

Us folks here in the south are better at grilling cause we can grill pretty much year round. You northern folks get that white stuff falling out the sky that hampers your grilling...LOL!
