Hello all at SMF, you can call me Gibson. I'm not to new to the SMF been scouring the forums for a while but i am a new member officially today. I'm a chef i work in mostly small independent fine dining restaurants. I love BBQ and gettin ready to build my first offset smoker with a 55 gallon drum. Good to be an official member of the SMF great site tons of valueable info for BBQ Buffs.
