I'm a relative newbie ... especially in the sausage making end of things.

I have a Brinkman electric smoker but am looking for something better as I get more experience.

I'm retired and as many OLD Frenchmen, I enjoy making and drinking good wine (I have my own vineyard) and good food.

I'm also registered on a few other forums and therfore recognize some of the folks here (great folks!).

Looking forward to reading and learning more.

Roger
