Hi. I am new to this forum and new to Washington State after living in Wichita Kansas my entire life (Where I began my love for BBQ). I have been smoking food off and on for a few years now. Nothing serious in the past, just recreational. Maybe 3-4 times a year. I started with a Brinkman upright water smoker and my love began. I now have a 55 gallon drum smoker, Weber grill, Vision Kamado ceramic grill, AMNPS, and just yesterday got into pellet smoking by buying a Traeger Texas. I have enjoyed researching on this forum and finally decided to join. I plan to use my grills several days a week. I am looking forward to interacting with the experts here so I can learn how to tune my craft.
