Hi All!

My name is Bob and I have been smoking for a few years but have stepped it up over the last 14 months or so. I own a Rec-Tec 680 pellet smoker and have a Grilla  Kamado Kong that I am picking up if all goes well today. Plus a Napoleon gas grill. I enjoy to smoke meats and have recently started to make my own sausage. I also brew my own beer.
