Hello from Atlanta!

I’m Mindy and been a visitor to the SMF for a while; finally decided to sign up... I live north of Atlanta and enjoy smoking all kinds of meats, veg, etc.; plus making various rubs, sauces and most recently – sausage. I currently have an old Char-Broil off set and a Smokey Mountain vertical smoker, but getting ready to upgrade. I ‘m leaning toward a Lang 48” deluxe, but toying with the idea of having something built.  This is an awesome website, with tons of great info, ideas, recipes, etc...
