Hello everyone.  My name is Doug and I am from Little Rock, AR.  I purchased a large Big Green Egg last fall so I am fairly new to smoking meats.  I have learned quite a bit just from reading tips from others and reading Jeff's newletters.  My family and I really have enjoyed Jeff's dry rub and sauce recipes.  Looking forward to learning more about smoking meats and enjoying the results.
