Hello from a Carolina Girl!

My name is Stephanie and I live in Belmont, NC.  Happily married for 22 years to a fabulous man that I won't let anywhere near my grill! I currently use a barrel smoker with side smoke box, an vertical charcoal smoker, and portable grills for camping and four wheeling.  I am a certified BBQ judge for the North Carolina Barbecue Society and just a backyard enthusiast!  Excited to get some new ideas and to get more women involved!  Thanks for having me!
