I'm new here....   just starting out with smoking meat to be honest.  My wife bought me a 30" Lang smoker and I am just starting out in the learning curve. Smoked a brisket last week end as my first attempt at smoking and all I can say is the Lang must be pretty darn good to have made my first shot at it come out that awsome.

One thing you should know...we want to see pictures of your smoker, and the products you produce from the smoker.  We call this Q-view.
