Hi there! I am George from South Carolina. I just purchased a Backyard Pro combo gas/charcoal with a smoker box. I am pretty much a newbie and have only smoked a chicken before. I am looking for any tips/suggestions for getting started. My fave's are pork butt or shoulder, pork ribs and the wife loves brisket.
