Started years ago with a Luhr Jensen Little Chief electric, moved on to a Brinkman Propane water smoker, built a Pit Barbecue with rotisserie, from a large oil tank on wheels, wood, charcoal fired, with propane backup.

Have cooked for parties of 75 up to 150 people, and have always had great reviews.

Beef, pork, lamb, turkey's, fish, sausage. Pretty well covers it.

Quit doing the big gigs quite a few years ago, as it took most of my weekends.

Just built a UDS last week, and thanks to this forum, did my first ribs and chicken leg and thighs on it.

I did some reading, and got it right the first time.

I think that I am going to enjoy my stay here.

Thanks to all.

OH yeah, forgot to tell you-all, I am from Leamington, Ontario, just at the southernmost point of Ontario, 30 minutes across the river from Detroit.
