Hello everyone! from the new guy in MO

Hello there everyone!  I'm new to smoking and looking forward to expanding my knowledge (and probably my girth!) learning from everyone on here.  My name is Greg and I live in Grover, MO which is on the western side of St. Louis county.  I got a Smoke Hollow smoker (38202G) for Christmas and it has been interesting.  I must say that they have pretty good customer service.  My screen name  is based off of my initials (GG).  From going through the forums already, I'm putting together a list of potential future buys to help out with smoking better along with a list of recipes to try!
