Owned a smoker/grill for less then a week. One of the ceramic types. Definite rookie here.

Have learned a lot from this site already, the different techniques, gadgets, sauces, rubs, etc. Was not aware how serious one can get smoking meats or that it could be a hobby.

I was hooked the first Boston Butt. Thanks for letting me join in.
